Termidor Chemical Soil Treatment
With a chemical treatment a liquid chemical (Termidor) in a water solution is applied to the soil around the foundation of the structure.
This product is applied to the soil against the foundation all the way around the perimeter of the structure. Depending on the type of construction, a limited interior area may also require treatment. This product creates a zone so termites coming into contact with this material will die and can transfer this product to other termites as well.

Exterra Termite Baiting System
With some homes due to customer wishes, type of water supply system, type of construction, or other factors we may not be able to treat with a chemical barrier system. For these types of customers we offer the Exterra Baiting System.
This system consists of placing plastic stations which have wood members inside, in the soil around the perimeter of the structure every 10-20’ feet. These stations are then monitored, so when termites start feeding in the station a bait matrix is applied in the station which they feed on and pass on to other colony members. This product affects the molting process of the termites and they die.
